Aaron is a former Eli Lilly IT and security senior IT/Security/Privacy/Risk leader with over 20 years of experience. He has been leading an independent consulting practice (Aaron Pritz & Associates – aaronpritz.com) since 2017 where he has helped companies better address risk, optimize their focus, and enhance their maturity.  He co-founded Reveal Risk in 2018 after seeing significant corporate leadership and “strategy to operations” capability gaps in the cyber security and privacy consulting industry.

Aaron is a creative thinking strategist that has the ability to bring strategies to life through countless examples of successful execution. He effectively bridges Six Sigma, Information Security, Audit, Big Data/Analytics, Privacy, and IT experience to help provide comprehensive solutions to the toughest problems.

He is an active industry influencer and speaker on the topics of business-driven risk management, insider theft, and cyber security in healthcare. He is no stranger to helping companies progress both before and after incidents/breaches (ideally the former!). He has created global insider threat and employee engagement programs after insider theft breaches affecting intellectual property within the Pharma industry. He also built a privacy audit program and process in 2013 after the public Prozac.com website breach of sensitive consumer data.  He has also recently led GDPR efforts for a large financial services company leveraging this experience as well as helping companies instill governance and risk management processes and programs.

Additionally, he is a trusted subcontractor to two prestigious Big 4 consulting firms for his unique skills, industry experience, and depth of knowledge, and occasionally joins forces through a partnership on specific client projects where his skillset adds significant differentiated larger consulting team needs or projects.

I pride myself in being an action oriented visionary.  I look for the most creative, effective, and simple solution for any problem.  I left the corporate side of the industry later in my career because I had a strong drive to help a broad and diverse set of companies to be highly successful.
